Policies

• Please refer to the current fee schedule (provided separately) for the tuition rate applicable to your family.
  
  
• Our program charges its tuitions on a monthly basis and only allows exception to full monthly payments upon enrollment.  Full monthly tuition is due when initial enrollment occurs on days 1-15 of your first month.  A 50% payment is due when enrolling on or after day 16.
  
  
• A School Year Registration requires a $75 non-refundable fee per child upon enrollment.  A $50 non-refundable re-enrollment fee per child is due at re-enrollment time. Each family will receive 2 keys upon enrollment.  Additional keys can be purchased at $10/key.  Returning your key upon withdrawal is greatly appreciated.
  
  
• A Summer Registration requires a $25 non-refundable activity fee per child due by May 1st OR may be included in May’s monthly tuition payment.
  
  
• A ONE-MONTH non-refundable last month deposit is due prior to enrollment to guarantee space.
  
  
• Tuition is not reduced for snow days, vacations, illness, or holidays, professional development days or special events as planned by our school. 

Smith Family is open from 7:00 am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and offers Full Day,
Half Day and Extended Day options. (There are no Half Day programs for Infants.)
Smith Family follows rules and regulations set forth by the D.E.E.C. (The Massachusetts
Department of Early Education and Care).

Our licensed capacity is 72 children at one given time. Smith Family TreeHouse and Smith Family SchoolHouse does not discriminate in the enrollment of children, families or selection of staff or volunteers on the basis of race, gender, religious affiliation, age, national origin, sexual orientation, status as a veteran or any other category protected by law.
